What is Quicklinky?
Quicklinky is a connection platform that helps you find and book trusted local service providers quickly and easily. Whether you need help around the home or specialized support, Quicklinky allows clients and providers to connect and manage their bookings all in one place.
What services can I find or offer on Quicklinky?
Clients can browse a variety of services, including cleaning, childcare, tutoring, and personal care more. Providers can list the services they offer in their area of expertise and choose their own availability and pricing.
As a Client Can I reschedule a service I booked?
At the moment we do not allow rescheduling of bookings. If you need to change your appointment time or date, you must:
Cancel your current booking, and Make a new booking for your preferred time. Please note: Every cancellation, regardless of reason or timing, is subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This fee is retained to cover provider preparation, availability.
Can I be both a client and a provider?
Yes! You can use Quicklinky to offer services as a provider and also book services as a client. Just make sure your profile is set up to reflect both roles as needed.
What is the cancellation policy for providers?
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the client receives a full 100% refund. Providers are encouraged to avoid last-minute cancellations to maintain trust and a positive reputation on the platform. Quicklinky also sends email notifications to keep both parties informed of any cancellations.
What is the cancellation policy for clients?
Clients can cancel a booking at any time through their Quicklinky account. When a client cancels, 90% of the booking fee is refunded, and 10% is non-refundable and goes to the provider as compensation for the reserved time. Clients are encouraged to cancel as early as possible to respect the provider’s schedule.
How do I cancel a service (client or Provider)
Currently, Quicklinky does not offer an automatic cancellation button. To cancel a service, both clients and providers must complete a short cancellation request form.
Cancellation Steps (For Both Clients and Providers):
Find your Booking Reference Number – You can locate this in your booking confirmation email or in your messages on the platform.
Go to the Cancellation Request Form
– The form is available in the Help Center or at the bottom of the website (footer). Complete the Form
– Provide your full name, email, booking reference number, and a brief reason for cancellation.
Submit the Request – Once submitted, our team will review and process the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
